  • Practical and application-focused contents are presented in an easy-to-understand format. Master complex scientific principles and be prepared to accept the challenge of the certification exam.
  • You’ll enter the industry with the skills, knowledge and techniques needed to change lives – including your own!
  • For three decades, NASM has been renowned for the quality of its trainers and the scientific rigor of its program.
