PFC Academy — Return & Refund Policy

At PFC Academy Sdn. Bhd., course registration involves the reservation of a limited seat, instructor allocation, course preparation, educational resources, and administrative arrangements. Therefore, all registrations are considered final once payment has been made.

1. No Refund After Payment

All course fees paid to PFC Academy are non-refundable and non-transferable upon registration and payment.

Once payment has been successfully received:

• No cancellation refunds will be provided.
• No refunds will be provided for change of mind.
• No refunds will be provided due to personal scheduling conflicts.
• No refunds will be provided due to work commitments.
• No refunds will be provided for failure to attend the course.
• No refunds will be provided for travel, accommodation, transportation, or other personal expenses.
• No refunds will be provided if a participant decides not to continue with the course.

By making payment, participants acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Medical Exception

PFC Academy may consider a refund only when the participant is medically unfit to participate in the course.

To qualify for consideration, the participant must:

1. Provide a medical certificate or written statement issued by a registered medical practitioner/physician.
2. The medical documentation must clearly state that the participant is medically unfit to attend or participate in the course.
3. The documentation must be submitted to PFC Academy as soon as reasonably possible.
4. PFC Academy reserves the right to verify the documentation where necessary.

A general medical condition, illness, injury, or doctor's appointment does not automatically qualify for a refund. The documentation must specifically support that the participant is medically unfit to participate.

3. Refund Amount for Approved Medical Cases

Where a medical refund is approved by PFC Academy, the refund will be processed according to the applicable course terms.

Any non-refundable third-party fees, examination fees, certification fees, payment gateway charges, administrative fees, or costs already incurred by PFC Academy may be deducted from the refund.

4. Alternative Option — Course Transfer

Where a participant is medically unable to attend but does not qualify for a refund, PFC Academy may, at its discretion, offer a transfer to a future course intake.

Any transfer:

• Is subject to course availability.
• May be subject to an administrative or transfer fee.
• Must be approved by PFC Academy.
• Is not guaranteed.

5. Examination & Certification Fees

Where the course includes an examination or certification component, examination and certification fees may be non-refundable once registration, exam access, or certification processing has commenced.

Failure to pass an examination, failure to complete the examination within the permitted period, or expiry of examination eligibility does not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Course Cancellation by PFC Academy

If PFC Academy cancels a course and is unable to provide a suitable alternative date, participants may be offered a refund of the eligible course fees paid directly to PFC Academy.

PFC Academy will not be responsible for any third-party expenses, including flights, accommodation, transportation, or other personal expenses.

7. Non-Attendance

Participants who fail to attend the course without an approved medical reason will not be entitled to a refund.

This includes absence due to:

• Work commitments
• Personal commitments
• Change of plans
• Travel difficulties
• Forgetting the course date
• Late arrival
• Leaving the course early
• Other personal circumstances

8. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and making payment for a PFC Academy course, the participant confirms that they have:

• Read and understood this Return & Refund Policy;
• Accepted that course fees are non-refundable after payment; and
• Understood that a refund may only be considered in cases where the participant is medically certified as unfit to participate.

PFC Academy reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
