FMS - Functional Movement Screen (Level 2)

Turn Movement Insight into Impactful Programming

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 2 course teaches you how to move from screening to action—using FMS results to build smarter, more individualized training plans. Going beyond the screen itself, this course focuses on movement competency and corrective exercise selection, empowering you to guide clients toward long-term movement health with purpose and precision.

Ideal for trainers, coaches, and clinicians, FMS Level 2 equips you with a clear framework for choosing the right corrective strategies—including breathing, mobility, and motor control techniques—for every FMS pattern. Through real-world case examples and guided demonstrations, you’ll gain confidence in applying the FMS corrective philosophy seamlessly into your sessions and your business.

Equip yourself with the tools to take your clients from where they are to where they should be—one movement at a time.

Please note that FMS Level 1 certification is a prerequisite to unlock the FMS Level 2 Certification Exam.

This is an in-person learning experience. It provides the opportunity for practical labs and instructor interaction. This option includes access to the online course, a downloadable and printed course manual, and access to the certification exam.

During the live workshop, you'll learn to:

  • Apply the Functional Movement Screen testing procedures and scoring criteria accurately and efficiently to deliver the best results.
  • Identify common mistakes made when performing the FMS.
  • Interpret the scoring results and select the correct movement training priority using the FMS Algorithm.
